What options has Trump now that he’s a very weak lame duck?
One, he could sign the bill, acknowledging his lousy luck
Two, he could stall his signing so the bill’s in limbo stuck
Three, he could sign and seek asylum where the Saudi Prince is pluck
He’s thirty days to do what ever he is want do
And meanwhile in the wings JD is very active too
A Cabinet to choose, he must decide on who is who
As candidates line up, I’m sure they number not a few
But let’s be very cautious here, real danger time is now
There’s no one at the helm to steer; we’re agile as a milking cow
Like China could aggressive be; attack us in the China Sea
No orders coming from on high; confused our generals surely be
Trump’s options do evoke, each one, a different response
The first would bring true order, President, one J. D. Vance
The second choice would bring impeachment, guilty highest chance
Most likely choice is three, asylum, warranting no victory dance
