Employees do their tasks; it’s what smooth ops is all about
Along comes Elon Musk to take control and do his thing
He fires half its staff expecting all the work still done
And publicly declares how now the fortune this will bring
Meanwhile the project’s operations to the ground they run
It’s Musk’s M.O. applied to governmental projects
It matters not which one, it’s really clear what to expect
The project’s doomed to chaos, having lost the world’s respect
And so I’ve come to label it the Elon Musk Effect

Trump and Musk claim to oppose liberal values, but their actions ironically push the country further toward them. Supporting the police is supporting socialism—law enforcement is fully government-funded and not part of the free market. Cutting Social Security actually supports abortion, because it strips low-income mothers and veterans of the care they need to carry pregnancies safely. Forgetting due process is like burning the Constitution and the flag it represents, abandoning the freedoms they claim to defend. And rebuilding Alcatraz would require higher taxes, directly violating the conservative obsession with tax cuts. In short, Trump supporters aren’t just violating conservative values—they’re violating basic logic, law, and even math.
