Thus, the state’s gone blue, all blue
So many things now they now can do
Redraw each District fair within it
And much more in my opinion
The Blue Grass Dems we, too, salute
Beshear beat Bevin for governorship
A deep red state, McConnell’s place
Trump rallied there claiming ‘twas his race
His rantings caused some votes to flip
And brought more Dems. to the voting booth
No evidence the voters there
Were swayed to vote in Trump’s support
Protesting House impeachment probes
Instead they seemed to thumb their nose
The message from this public court
Of Trump support you should beware
